Where is my package?

You will receive an email or text once your order has been shipped which will contain your USPS or UPS tracking number. Please keep in mind that when attempting to track your package it may take USPS or UPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates.

How long is shipping?

All packages are shipped through USPS or UPS. Shipping time frame takes 3-7 BUSINESS days for customers to receive their packages. Please keep in mind, our normal processing time is 1-3 business days ( NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS ) for each order. Your package will be shipped the following business day after the end of processing your order.

Can I exchange an item for something different? or Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you receive a damaged charm, please contact us immediately via email with photos and we'll take care of the issue. No, we don't offer refunds on ANY orders.

ANY ITEMS RETURNED TO THE BUSINESS UNDELIVERED (INCORRECT ADDRESS) WILL RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND (HALF OF THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE ITEM/ITEMS).
